With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she brings a wealth of expertise in delivering high-quality therapeutic services and clinical supervision. Her extensive background in both private practice and institutional settings, combined with continuous training and certification, forms a strong clinical foundation for her work.
Devina’s professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to providing empathetic, client-centered care. She is known for her practical, relatable interventions that effectively address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including ADHD, depression, and family dynamics. In recent years, she has specialized in ADHD and trauma, further enhancing her expertise.
She holds certifications as an EMDR Trained Clinician, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator. Devina is dedicated to leveraging her skills and compassionate approach to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families, while building a practice that reflects these core values.

Bethany Laesch
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY DOCTORAL STUDENT
Bethany Laesch is a 3rd year Clinical Psychology Doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University. She holds two Master’s Degrees in Clinical Psychology. Bethany has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and uses a CBT approach aimed at reframing negative thought patterns and fostering lasting positive behavioral changes. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. Bethany likes creating an individual plan that is specific to the person, as it is not a one size fits all approach. She enjoys teaching studying and organization skills, as well as building skills to beat procrastination. She is encouraging and wants to help find your motivation and help ease anxiety related to school with proper planning and flexible thinking.

Madison Jakob, RMHSI, M.S.
REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR INTERN
Madison Jakob is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who graduated from Nova Southeastern University. Madison has had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, in both individual and group settings. In her current role, Madison’s focus is supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate a variety of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Madison utilizes a Solution-Focused approach and incorporates various evidence-based techniques to equip clients with tools for growth and success.
Madison’s passion is to help individuals who are facing challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, communication, social skills, school struggles, mood-regulation, and more. Throughout the therapeutic experience, Madison aims to help her clients build practical life skills, develop coping strategies, enhance their self-worth, improve communication and social skills, manage stress and anxiety, and enhance their overall emotional well-being.
Madison is personable, flexible, positive, reliable, compassionate, and easy to get along with. Additionally, Madison’s clients are comforted by her humor, optimism, creativity, and warmth. Melissa Nicolas, RCSW, MSW
REGISTERED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORK INTERN
Melissa Nicolas is a Registered Clinical Social Worker. She has obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work. She is advancing towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She specializes in a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Narrative therapy. Narrative therapy is a transformative approach that inspires individuals to rise above their challenges by rewriting their life narratives. Melissa utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Cognitive Restructuring. Cognitive Restructuring can facilitate modifications in thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, trauma, depression, and other cognitive issues. This process involves adjusting detrimental beliefs by identifying and challenging them via the 3 C’s framework. The 3 C’s denote Catch it, Check it, and Change it. Melissa leads with empathy, understanding and compassion. Essentially, Melissa focuses on creating a safe space, which is vital when building rapport and engaging in collaborative communication. She meets clients where they are while employing therapeutic skills that work towards clients goals and desired outcomes.
